Ryn is doing pretty good with the violin. The hardest part is practicing. She is already playing 2 "songs". One is the flower song and the other is the monkey song. These songs are pieces of Twinkle Twinkle and hopefully by the end of the year she will be playing Twinkle. For practice rewards we play the penny game. Everytime she plays with proper holding of the bow, strings and rhythm then she gets a penny.
