In some way it seems like Ryn has been here forever and in someways it seems like she was just a new born but either way she is now 3. How is 3 any different that 2? For her, she is using the potty by herself, puts her clothes on by herself, helping little brother and most of all swimming!! She can dive in and swim 10 feet under water. She loves to swim and today she woke up with a swimmers ear. I guess this is the beginning of aliments due to being able to do big girl things.
She is also turning into a little girl. Her favorite animal is the unicorn so if you can't tell already, she had a unicorn cake and wore a unicorn t-shirt to her party.
This was her first birthday cake that she got to eat so I made sure that it had no sugar. The cake and the ice cream was made with agave nectar and ryn loved it. The kids got to paint little wooden picture frames and I put magnets on the back of it so mom and dad could stick it to the refrigerator.
And if ryn is growing up then so is river. He can climb the stairs and go down the big slide all by himself. He at least tries to do every thing that big sister can do. He too is a great swimmer although he still needs supervision while jumping in.
In a nutshell, her birthday party was so fun. We had another beautiful sunset at the park.
